MCP POLICIES

The following conditions  apply to the use of this network.

Infringements of the following will result in immediate removal.

1. Do not send mass messages to other members that in any way could be related to any definition of SPAM.

Mass messaging other members (including your “friends”) regarding your company information is a violation of the MCP “NO SPAM*” rule. You may only email other members information regarding your company if that person has requested you to do so. There are designated areas on this site for you to post and advertise your business and they do not include SPAM*. SPAM* also includes the posting of your business opportunity, specials, incentives, etc. on another member’s page (comments) without their direct request to receive this information from you. We have no way of determining if this behavior was requested from you or not; therefore, posting of comments directly related to your business (on another member’s page) is not allowed. MCP does reserve the right to share discussions, blog posts, etc. in efforts to help our members succeed.

2. Respect the privacy of other members, their information and their pages.

You may not copy or reproduce - in such a way as - to claim as your own any content on this site or another member’s page.

3. Illegal acts will result in immediate suspension.

These behaviors include any act which could be construed as – but not limited to: Slander**, Discrimination*** and/or Copyright laws. Violations of these acts are completely inexcusable on this site and off.

4. Non-Compete Clause:

MCP asks that you respect our efforts and support our mission by not engaging in the promotion/advertising of other networking sites on our network. This statement does not include sites previously - or in the future – approved by MCP to be included in our network of Sister Sites. This also does not include the appropriate and APPROVED groups dedicated for members to promote their other sites.


MCP reserves the right to suspend members at any time (with or without warning) for violating any of the above terms. By being a member on our site, you are agreeing to our rules and regulations. These rules are being enforced to provide you (our members) with the privacy and respect you deserve. If you feel that you have been violated by any of the above acts, please contact Tracy Fischer via private email.

MCP also agrees to conduct this site and its contents by following the same terms we ask you to adhere to.

**Slander 1: the utterance of false charges or misrepresentation which defame and damage another's reputation 2: a false and defamatory oral statement about a person.

***Discrimination a: the act, practice or an instance of discriminating categorically rather than individually b: prejudiced or prejudicial outlook, action or treatment.
